Hello all, brand new here. I discovered where my third brake light mounts is all rusty and one mount hole rusted off. Anyone have this issue? I haven't found a body patch to buy anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

A picture of the damage might help here, but your best bet is going to be to either find a junk yard with a good one and cut out the affected area and have it welded into yours, fabricate your own repair method using some sheet metal and JB-Weld, etc or silicone the entire assembly into the body panel. Its a pain in the butt to remove when you need to change the bulb, but it works.

Many people have found this problem before it got too bad and sanded the rust off, re-painted it and then cut their own waterproof gasket to place behind the light during installation. I did that and it has held up well so far. Your situation might require some POR-15 and ingenuity to repair. Not much help, I know, but cancerous rust is never a fun problem to solve.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that there was something sold out there, but oh well. So far rtv is sealing it up for now
