Hello I am new to this forum, I have an 06 GRD KJ, just today I noticed that the fan is running all the time even from cold and even when the engine is not running and the ignition is in the one more turn to start the engine position. Any suggestions appreciated

In the fuse box in front of the battery are two fan relays. A HIGH and a LOW.
With the key on and fan running, pull out the LOW relay.
If the fan quits running, then the LOW relay is good and the HIGH relay is bad.
If the fan still runs, put the LOW relay back in and pull the HIGH relay.
If the fan quits running, the the LOW relay is bad.

If the problem persists after installing new relays...
Check all fuses.
Check the A/C low side pressure switch (kinda between the engine and battery). Remove its connector, inspect wires, and firmly reconnect. I dont know how to test the switch itself but if nothing else works it might need replacement.

That's really helpful thanks, I will try it in the morning. I'm UK based so its dark. As a follow up do you know where the relays are located. Sorry got no manual.

This lid of the fuse box should indicate which relays are which.
