Yeah, I've been romping around N. Phx and Carefree area since I was a little kid. Some 35 years ago. That area was fun. Sneak in behind the RC airfield.

The Rc air field has goten pretty big. The way the msco patrols that area now, there would just be a ticket invloved. I sure don't need one of those.
:D When you come out here again we will have to get together. Dan i just got back from Jeffs and have the discos to bring tomorrow. Should i bring tools? Let me know. Kevin i will be waiting and ready at 630 tomorrow. Thanks again for the ride man. Hope to see you there too Beth. We can go help Dan kick out of all his mods. It sounds like fun. 8) Cya all tomorrow.

Cool Travis. I'm planning on bringing my toolbox along; I figure the more tools the faster things will go :D

Guys,

Thank you sooo much for you call coming down I can really use the help and look forward at looking at my Before and After pics :)....

With that being said We might need another floor Jack so if anyone has one bring it and any other tools you think we might need

The one thing I know I dont have but will need to get is some drill bits. But a quick run to Ace will solve that :).

Look forward at seeing everyone tomorrow.

Again I cannot express howmuch I am greatful of this.

Thanks,
Daniel

Well, here are some I took on Sunday:

Dan working on the front end prior to the body lift
Image

A fine display of ingenuity in the face of adversity - we needed to get the body up higher than the jack could reach, so out came the 2x4
Image

Vern working on installing the Warn fog lights he won at the AZ Fun in the Sun Run on his wifes TJ (he just wanted them on there so he could have an excuse to wheel it 8) )
Image

Dan can get some 'After' pics with the Poison Spider rockers and the lift in place.

Sorry I couldn't make it fellas...was a little tough to check my pm's without having the internet at home and being busy at work, LOL.

the TJ looks good 8)

Just for the record...RC airplanes are dangerous...so I'd stay away from the airfield unless you're in an area designated specifically for people. I've seen one too many prop scars (I'm an RC car guy, and I know a lot of folks into planes)

that, and the guys around here that I've gotten to know would probably intentionally lawn-dart their .40 size trainer into your windshield just for giggles
