Very cool. I think you lucked out all around with that one.
Start looking around for body parts - thats a common color so you might be able to luck out and get factory color matched replacements. Check car-part.com for replacements. Any year back door and rear bumper should work for you.
Since you got a clean title on it that means you can replace these few cosmetic parts and then its back to 100%. If your insurance wont cover it for full value after its fixed switch carriers on this Jeep.
After fixing take the rest of the cash and do whatever you would do with the rest of the cash, pay bills, go on vacation, or spend it on upgrades to the jeep.
Worst case at this point is that it gets actually totalled in the future, and your $600 buy back turns into a couple of thousand in parts.
Thanks again to all on the board.
I just found the same Libby wrecked in a pick-your-parts junkyard in Baltimore, MD.
Rear door is $51, hitch is $25, new aluminum 16" matching wheel is $37, and rear bumper cover is $43. It is a sport so the bumper cover is not painted. I may hold out for one to show up but pick it the meantime for $40.
The Chrysler dealership would NOT inspect or consider a new hitch since it was wrecked. Shoot, I should be a poster child for their recall.
I am back on the road though with my CRD.
Here it is with the back dismantled:

one a few of the hitch by itself. notice the bend on each side. that is what absorbed the energy.
