Got the timing belt, turbo, thermostat, and all the stuff that goes with that on tonight. Also I cleaned up the injectors and put new orings and copper sealing washers on.

Question: Is there any special procedure to putting the injectors back in? They dont really feel like they drop all the way down or are just kind of wobbly without the injector hold downs. Also, What is the torque spec for the injector hold down bolts? For some reason I couldnt find them on the sheet I printed out that seemed to have all the other torque values I needed.

Thanks

From page 14-85 of the FSM

NOTE: Be sure a new copper washer/seal is
installed on end of injector before installing in cylinder
head.
NOTE: Apply antiseize compound to injector body.
(1) Install fuel injector in cylinder head with new
seal and O-ring.
(2) Install fuel injector retainer and bolt (Fig. 16).
*Torque bolt to 32.4 N·m.
(3) Install fuel injector high pressure line.
(4) Install fuel return line to injector (Fig. 16).
(5) Connect fuel injector electrical connector.

*32.4Nm = 23.89 ft. lbs. or 286.76 in. lbs

Got it all finished up and everything seems to be running great. Thanks for all of yall's help! Here is a link to an album of the teardown and re-assembly. There are a ton of repeats cause a lot of these pictures were for my reference but thought they might help someone else out eventually!

Photos always help.

I wish there were a photo thread to where all of these get moved for a single reference spot.

There's somewhat of a collection here, but it doesn't show anything internal: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=98&t=74594
