anyone know the name or part number for the hose that runs from the viscous heater next to the thermostat and then back to the head to the passengers side of the ccv valve?

Heater hose?

It goes to the heater core inside.

Though it looks like they're on the 'AE' revision now http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/products/JEEP/LIBERTY/HOSE-Heater-Supply--Heater-Supply-and-Return/4411946/55037738AE.html

It isn't cheap; might want to just run some heater hose as Gornado suggested.

is it just antifreeze in the hose? just wondering if it is a straight swap out without fear of an air bubble causing problems.
