I should have noted this when I removed it, but didn't. Obviously starts at one end and ends at the other, but which way? Does the end (last GP connection) of the GP harness go on cyl #1 or #4.

Off hand I don't know but could probably look tomorrow. It really doesn't matter though. Only problem if it threw a code you would think its from a different plug. You could put it on and then make one throw a code and if its the correct # cylinder then you have it correct if its not you have it backwards.

You can check the colors of the wires going to each glowplug.

There should be a wrap of white tape on one end of the harness. This is cylinder #1.

In reality though it does not matter - you are likely to replace all plugs at the same time anyway if one codes out.
