If you are talking about the hard line that goes across the front of the engine to the Y adapter near heater hoses it looks like they delete it since it looks like they have a 5/5 to 5/8 nipple adapter and a coolant plug in the kit but I could be wrong and its possible it could be left there or left there and made non functional . Surely the block off plate is for the tube that runs from rear of exhaust manifold to the EGR system around the back of the block near firewall.

If you are talking about the tube from EGR to FVC/elbow they delete it but so does the weeks kit.
