I'm having a hard time believing I could have re-assembled it out of time since the cams and crank were locked with the tool kit from IDParts. Plus, with the cam sensor reading over 200rpm when the engine is stationary... it seems like there's a bigger issue than the timing. Hoping there is something else to check.
