Has anyone ever had any issues getting an item from Rusty's off-road? Specifically with a KJ Tru Flow intake... I've had one on order since May 30th, it had a due date of June 1st, and I still haven't seen it. I keep calling him and getting the "next day or two" story, but i'm getting sick of that. Anyone else have any issues? I'm not trying to set up a bad rap for this guy, he seems really nice, I just want to know if this is a common occurence. i know a lot of you guys are really happy with him and his products and service...but i just can't say the same yet...

I had no problems with my lift, it arrived in San Diego in 4 days from ordering.

Yeah I have a gruge against Rustys They sold me a ARB and a Warn M8000 together as a combo but the winch came with a Hawse fairlead instead of the roller one that you need for the ARB.

The thing is you cant even use the Hawse fairlead the holes didnt match up the same. Called them up to ask for about it they wouldnt send us the Roller fairlead you need for the ARB I had to find used fairlead off a local.

Since then they took the ARB bumper / winch combos off there website also I was one of the few to get a 05 ARB for the 680 price same as the 02-04 now it jumped up to 750 or something like that.

That all was pretty sketchy to me they didnt end up resolving the issue with us.

Also they told us It was instock when we ordered over the phone then it didnt ship out for a week because the bumper was instock but not the winch even though I ordered it as a combo. So they weren't very straight forward about that.

My lift arrived in 3 days. Businesses sometimes encounter delays, Rusty is a good guy he will get you your stuff. I'm sure if he had the product available to send to you he would.

I have always had good service at Rustys. Got two lifts (XJ & KJ) and other small things from them. I have never had any problems with them.

Only down side is that there shipping charges are a little higher than most other places.
