It's right on top of the pumpkin(look for wires going to it),and not hard at all,just unplug the conector and take out the 10mm bolt.May need a small flat tip screwdriver to help pry it up,make sure the top of the diff is clean first so dirt doesn't fall into the hole.

cake walk like he said top of diff. just make sure when you replace it the wires are kept out of harms way. I've seen many speed sensor wiring ripped from catching something going down the road.
