Does anyone know where the crossovers for the front component speakers is located? I'm going to upgrade to either Alpine Type R's or Polk MOMO's and am trying to plan out how everything will be done, and of course I have no clue where the crossover is for the fronts.

Ive heard they are on the front speakers themselves. Ive yet to take the door panel off to see if they are there or not.

hmmm interesting, i bet that's true for someting like an OEM installation. I'll have to check it out. Man, I cant stand not having enough money for stuff. I wanna get Alpine Type R front components and rear 2-ways, and a 4 channel amp, but I'm completely drained on cash, and my job coming up is gonna finance my college booze fund for this coming school year.

Yea, having money is nice. I went through that stereo thing. That all I wanted to do was buy that crap. Now all I want is off roading stuff. Im getting ready to drop $700 on rims+tires.

By booze do you mean beer, b/c thats just stupid wasting your money on that stuff.

I built a kegarator, I had an old fridge and bought a kit off of a website for $150. A keg of Killian's costs $75 and CO2 costs about $5 and lasts me 3-4 months, if I don't share, 4 of us have drained one in a night before. I usually end up having a few buddies over and they always offer to throw in 5 or 10 bucks. I usually end up making money. Best investment I've ever made.

Spend it on your jeep. Then the girls will come for free.

if you seriously dumped her because she thought you spent too much time with your jeep, thats sad. I'm gonna get flamed for saying that, so I've already put my flame suit on
