I ran mine through the back glass, took some finesse to stop it from leaking but it hasn't leaked since
on the other hand
i have that fugly rubbermaid crap on my roof that hides the coax run
When i finally strip the rubbermaid, i'm probably going to be unhappy with the coax running across my roof
i will be payin attention to how you decide to go about yours
i do know several of us have ran the coax through the existing hole in the renny roof lights under the light bar cover, i dont know how much interference they're experiencing but that's runnin right next to some fairly potent wires
the way mine is set up now when the engines running it's getting some voltage racket, it doesn't seem to be the same racket as the fuel pump interference that I was getting the weekend I had the antenna on the back gate though so I'm going to try a noise filter on the power leads. Pretty sure I got one from a old car equalizer in the attic
