Is there any way to tighten it back up with having the steering wheel back to straight? There is no way I have to take it back into a shop for the UN-TeenTH time for these stoopid alignment issues. Evertime I do something to the suspension, the rack, or the control arms, I have had to get an alignment and pretty much have had the tires rotated. I have had 5 alignments in less than a year and it aint been a week since the last

. Also, when I brought it in for the alignment, the steering wheel was already cocked at an angle from having to have tightened the bolts without being able to get the wheel back to straight. So I figured to correct that issue, the shop might have had to losen the rack back up to set it straight?
