I have a program that cycles through about 100 or so different images rotating one image per 3 minutes each.

When I am not running that program it is either this one

Or this one (which explains the lack of an icon in the middle of the upper right area)

might as well share mine... me flying a cessena 172 into the Erie PA airport (big brown spot in upper left of pictures)... nice view of presque isle peninsula and canada if you look close enough!

There's an RV dealer right off I-10 coming into the south side of the Phoenix area that sells those li'l 'ham can' trailers, and every time I drive by I keep telling myself 'someday...'. Mike and Tammy (the Dyna-team) had one but unfortunately they sold it before I could aquire the funds to take it off their hands :cry:

I wish I could have a dog logo right now peeing on an apple.. My computer running Vista 64bit has no problems doing anything It's got 8 gigs of Ram.. When they come out with the New 4gb ram chips I'm going to upgrade to 16gb lol... MAC's can't keep up with the Power I have an AMD Phenom II X4 920 CPU running at 3.7ghz a core times four lol..

i actually prefer ubuntu and can run both windows and leopard in it, but i've been on my laptop 90% of the time this year so that's what i screen shot

I'm getting mine out of Hamilton, OH. They are selling the R-Pod's like crazy! In 1 month they sold 5 to people in Denver alone. I think they have the factory deliver them to the customers directly. Mine is 18' and has a slidout in it. The dealer adds 3 options: AC, microwave/convection oven and an attached screen room. My screen room is 10' wide and 12' long. Cost is $13,000 something, out the door. Here in Florida, without the options it would cost me $15,000. So, I could drive 2 hours for something that cost 2 grand more with less options, or drive to Ohio for a much better deal. Tuff decision! :lol:

ubuntu?? how do you use it, do you just download it and instal on either OP?

ubuntu is a free linux operating system, in windows you can use vmware or the sun box software to virtually run a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc operating system, similarly there's wine emulation and other methods to operate additional operating systems within the native operating system

i'm not a linux fanboy at all, i actually hate most of the linux flavors but linux does multitask better than windows or mac os's, assuming you're able to get proper support for your hardware and what not but the HAL drivers are usually pretty good at supporting processors and mb's that are atleast 6 months old

the biggest thing that drew me in to using ubuntu was the integrated debian software sources that allowed me to use an add/remove function to find and install a S* ton of software and support for some stuff i needed for program development and security research

it's great for standard computer use, expecially for educational use in schools or for kids entertainment, runs exceptionally well on OLD computers, i had a laptop with a 533 celeron and like 96 megs of ram and it ran ubuntu great so i gave it to my friends kid after i got my new laptop 2 years ago

only speed bumps it has, and they aren't as big of a speed bump as it is with other linux flavors like RHEL or Solaris, the learning curve is pretty steep with advanced tasks like emulating secondary operating systems and what not
