I know that I will need to do some but how much or rather how did ya'll handle the front by the fog light door?
It looks to be more of a problem than the pinch ,tire seems closer with the 225/75's

I will be useing the OE limited wheels with the MT/R's and will be trying to get it done after work so I will have limited time and I dont drive the jeep
The wife does so less or none is best

I was thinking heat gun and bend it and reshape it to fit
or can I just cut out and leave the fog light exposed? I can not see why not but I have never opened it yet to see what I got
I am not so worried about water and mud but rather rocks being thrown off the tires and breaking the light

How abot pics of what yall have done

Currently, I have removed the well liner, & fender flare, & beat back the pinch weld. It's temporary, but I kinda like it! Removes some of the cuteness. When my wife acquiesces, I want to install that Rock Lizard front bumper he has coming, & make some wrangler-esque fender flares, That will remove the rubbing!

I had 245/75/16 BFG ATs and didn't have to trim anything. Had the lightest rub on the fog light door at full lock.

Placed aluminum foil inside the trim door/foglight panel
heatgunned the plastic and used shoe to push forward
forgot to remove the aluminum foil. No biggie. use it as emergency foil for cooking

Is your windshield washer bottle still in the stock location?

You should keep this in your glove box, in case you need to use that emergency foil:http://www.amazon.com/Manifold-Destiny-Guide-Cooking-Engine/dp/0375751408

Ditto with Toyo Open Country AT 245/75. At least 1/2'' clearance at pinch weld.

When wheeling, I hear the tires catch every once in a while, but I see no visible damage to either tire or wheel well.

I trimmed but don't think that I really needed to. I am going with 31x10.5's next set so the trimming will no doubt come in handy. I heat gunned the fog lamp door and pounded down the pinch weld.

Ditto for me. No trimming, no rubbing and i haven't yet installed the 'clevis lift' so popular among us. 245/75's definately the way to go IMHO.

I have 245/75R16 M/Ts (30.7x9.8", specifically) on stock 2003 Limited rims. I used to have rubbing on the swaybar, fog light doors, rear flares (door area), and also in the rear on the upper body exposed from removing my wheel well liners. I got 1.25" wheel spacers and that seems to have solved most of it along with removing the liners. I still have a little rub on the lower horizontal lip of the rear flares where the lining used to connect to the flare. I know if I spent 10 minutes with the flares off and put my dremel to use I'd be an easy fix.
A little OT, but...
I've thought about cutting that lip/edge from all the flares to try and clear 31x10.5" Interco LTBs. I don't think it would look too bad
