When I had my Suncoast installed they put 3 full gallons of Amsoil ATF in. It has been leaking out of both ends of the tranny ever since. I check it cold in the morning since I can't ever get it up to the 180 degree "hot" temp. It's over the mark quite a bit. So I removed about 40 oz so far. Does anyone know what a complete fill is on this unit with a stock pan?

Really? I know that's what the Amsoil site said but it just seems to be high on the dipstick and leaking out everywhere... I wonder if there was some fluid that didn't get drained out of the trans or cooler lines? That would seem almost impossible...

Is the transfer case included in the sump?

In the sump there is only 5-6 quarts then rest is hiding near TC about 9 quarts the trick to replacing all fluid is to open one side of trans cooler and stop when you get to about 9 Q then top with new fluid and drain sump for rest of it and top up. In your case you need to siphon a lot of fluid back. Even mine is overfilled and I need it to take back for siphon fix.

I wonder if the Suncoast doesn't hold as much fluid as the stock TC?
