I'm not sure I believe microscopic pin hole leaks especially when the normal source for leaks (air in the fuel) are the 2 fuel supply line quick disconnect fittings back at the tank or in the fuel filter head and there are really only 2 lines involved - 1) tank to fuel filter head and 2) fuel filter head to CP3 fuel pump. Yes there is a line from the CP3 to the fuel rail by the injectors but any line after the CP3 and before the injectors is under extremely high pressure such that any leak would be spraying fuel all over the place. The line from the back of the fuel rail to the tank is a low pressure fuel return line and would not cause your symptoms.
In any case the line from the tank to the fuel filter head is nothing special and I would not waste $s and time looking for a Mopar/OEM replacement. Drop the tank; cut out the supply line quick disconnects; and run a new line. That new line can be any suitable size solid line bent to shape such as
