I've just finished the bumper up, and the wife has let me order the tires and wheels... I'll post more pics in a few! I've also got a pair of PIAA 520 ATP's that need to be put on the light bar sometime this weekend...

Here we go! Tires are on with the Cragers!

It's about 60 pounds all together... Granted, it looks pretty big in the top picture showing it when we tacked it all together, but once I got the shackles and turn signals on, it looks a lot less bulky. I'll take another from a distance once I get the tires on for a better look... Th

Looks good. Doesn't look like it sticks out all that far...compared to a ARB. Fabricating is always fun...well...usually :D

Yup. 3/16" Steel. I thought it would weigh much more, but I ended up using a lot less steel than I had planned...

You now have a great place to lay tools down and also sit cold drinks when you're working on the KJ
I have a hard time working on one with a stock bumper, no place to lay the tools down!

Absolutely! It wasn't even welded before we were using it for exactly that purpose. No coasters required.

Well, new tires are on! Now, to fix the rubbing.... I didn't think they'd rub with the 4" BS but they seem to catch the pinch weld on both sides... So, I grinded the pinch welds outa there, and they swing ok on a level surface.... I just think that under full compression, they'll still rub... Any suggestions?

There is something missing... I think it will look awesome once you add a winch. ;)
It looks like the bumper was made for one.
Can't you hear it calling? "Buy me a winch! BUY ME A WINCH" :frankie:
