Just got back from Topsail beach. Not much there for offroading other than a small area at the north of the island where you can drive on the beach. The sand at the entrance was actually extremely soft and I did get a little worried, but it was np for the libby. This is exactly why I wanted a Jeep though. There was nobody there, as you can see from the pics. We were able to spend some nice family time in a secluded area that people in their 2wd's couldn't get to. Unfortunately they closed off a good 3/4 of the dunes area for bird nesting, but there was enough to have fun.

Mine looked the same when I bought it Sept. 21, 2004 until oh I think Oct. 1, 2004

Beach pictures are great! Great looking family as well.

Wish I was a little closer to the ocean beaches than Lake Erie!

i would want to drive it all the time aswell. but with my 4 im getting low mpg's running the tank low. i stopped letting mine go below a quarter tank. id love to do a sfa but im too deep into mine as it is now. im planning on getting a YJ and tricking that out next. but the KJ still needs steel bumpers, snorkle, 4.10's, lockers blah blah blah. so my YJ isnt gonna happen for a while. besides that i have a 1974 gran torino that im rebuilding. I cant wait to have to pay for that beast's gas too!

I know the 2002's came with a 18.5 gallon, the 2003 might have a 19.5 gallon, not 100% sure.
