I hope the summer is treating everyone well and their A/C is working!! OK here's my question. I want to remount some switches I have for various things to the left of the dash (sitting in drivers seat) in the middle where the top and bottom halves of the dash meet. There is a small rectangular piece ( approx 6 inches long 2 or 3 tall) right there. I think i've seen pics or read mention to others mounting things there. Is it hard to remove/replace to mount things on??

As always any input positive or negative is appreciated!!
:D

easy to remove. you can probably do it with just your fingers. I have a switch for my lights mounted there. there is a good amount of room behind it for wires and such.

I pulled mine off the other day just to see what was behind it, very easy to do. Just...well... pull it off.

that little plate is just held in with 1 or 2 pop clips. You should be fine just pulling on it.

If you cant get it with your fingers, just grab a flat head screwdriver and pry it off as it wont give enough resistance to do any damage.
