Here's my problem, I went through the bottom with a small bit to see where I'd come through. I drilled where the 'meat' of where a tow hook would go. Only problem is that I have no space from where the grill is at. I can't go farther out because it's about a 1/4 inch till the end of the bumper. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

The last pic shows two holes. Bottom of pic is actually the front end of the libby. Thanks.

Outch. So you drilled from the bottom and it came out in the wrong spot? Can you not drill from the top down? Just make sure there are no wires under there. Someone on here had the exact measurements of where they go.

That's what I had to deal with. The exact measurements put the light too close to my 05 fog lights. That works if you have the fogs underneath the bumper and not in the grill. I wanted them closer together anyway. I slept on in it and here's what I am going to do:
1. get a piece of metal (Lowes has some) 3" x 28". Drill the exact hole on the other side (other tow hook location).
2. place metal down over existing hole (with grill off) and drill through metal.
3. If the grill wont fit correctly over metal, I'll mark the curve and drum sand it--shoudn't be much.
4. Measure exactly where I want my lights on new metal and drill holes.
5. I may have to use a forstner bit to drill through the plastic bumper so the Hella install bolts will go into so the metal sits flush against the bumper. I'll have to be careful with this as I don't know what's underneath that part of the bumper~licsense plate area~I'll have to go slow and not go past the past the plastic. May have to gind the Hella install bolts a bit. We'll see.
6. My bumper is gray and not sure if I should paint the metal piece gray or black. That's really the only hard part of this install. I hope!
