hi all
want to ask newbie question
have a 02 liberty with crome bullbar with 8'' spots
my question is with main headlights,ok when on full beam ,but when dimmed, its poor
have 65/55 bulbs, with the headlights being made of plastic, was afriad to put in higher watt bulbs
also inside the headlights, would it help to remove the cone cover the covers the top of the bulbs
if i got higher watt bulbs ,would it do damage to headlight covers with higher wattage, say 100/80
any ideas
cheers
Keltic

try something along the lines of a sylvania silver star bulb or some sort of ultra-white bulb. i'm currently running APC xenon gas super whites and they have improved my low beams dramatically.

i do believe that this would be the closest. without knowing the brand, i can't guarantee it, but it seem like the best option there.

I'd be more worried about the wiring harness for the headlights and not the plastic "lens".

i agree.

i wonder if the euro versions of the KJ have different bulbs. i didn't realize that H4s were the same as 9007s
