I know the feeling guys. It's been since April at the Nor'easter since I've been wheeling. I've been fighting withdrawal for months.

Jason, if you've been to Rausch before, how do these trails compare to the one we did at Snowshoe?

Less mud thankfully. Expect more rocks and Rausch is known for tree stumps sticking several inches in the air. This will be my first time there since the lift. Several of the trails we are doing I did stock with only skids and rockrails added to the jeep. No problems.

The nice thing about Rausch is just about all blue trails have green bypasses to go around if you need.

I might be in. My sister and 17 year old nephew are coming in from Utah for a couple weeks. I think my nephew would get a kick out of it.

Is there any waiver or anything for RC like there is for PAP?

Yes. Here is a link to the park.

http://www.rauschcreekoffroadpark.org/

You can print off the waivers and applications from it.

So with this ride only a few days away:D , I thought I'd ask: are we meeting at the park or possibly the Exxon/truck stop at the exit before Rausch Creek? Also what time are we meeting? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'll be the guy trying not to screw this up. I just did my locker switch mod last night which allows me to turn my lockers on at any time even if I am in 2wd I can lock the front and rear for some 4wd fun.
