Umm, well, you can tow just fine with a lift. The 28.5in tires would look kinda stupid though. Mine came with 29in tires stock and with my 1.5in lift, they looked decent. it looks really good with the 30" tires. I wouldnt tow with my 30"tires, but it does just fine with my stock tires. I dont believe quads weigh that much anyway. I would say around 700-800 a piece?

All auto trannies have a cooler, if you live where it's hot or tow a lot, you can add an auxillary cooler to the front of the radiator to help with the extra heat. Get one sized for your frontal area and max load rating. It plumbs inline with your existing cooler lines so the plumbing is easy. Your rig will tow fine, but a little slower in the hills, brakes will wear a little faster due to the larger tires. People tow travel trailers behind their lifted KJ to Moab, etc. so you should be fine. If your pulling more than 2500 lbs, total weight, than I'd get brakes on the trailer and a brake controller on the rig to help you haul all the weight down due to your short wheelbase, and wear and tear on your rig's braking system.
