Man..., makes me wish my son's game was tomorrow rather than today. We MUST do a trip there - soon. I feel a L.O.S.T. OH/KY/TN run coming up! Are you going to organize? (they won't count towards your daily posting limit :P )

Moose, thats one big reason I went there yesterday. I had every intention in finding some good trails for us to go on. Im still trying to figure out where the trail goes and comes out. Ive also been informed there is another trail on exit 49 that everyone goes on. They said my libby may have some troubles in a few places b/c I do not have sliders. :(

Its crazy how you all remember what I say from the past. Yes, I do drive to fast but I seem to be doing alot better. After doing a 360 that day, it seems to of knocked some sense into my little head.

While sitting in my jeepw while it hailed, I could see all of those big trees swaying in the wind. I must say it feels like a tree is falling on ya when your looking straight up at it swaying and have to relation to the ground.

I put it into 4hi when I know I need to go fast through mud(moose taught me that one  ). I use 4 low when Im going slow and can stay in first or second gear. I dont like to let the tranny shift alot while offroading. Its builds alot of heat. So if Im in 4hi and locked in first, I can go a good 15-20mph and the engine is only hitting 2.5-3krpms. In 4low, I usually do not get over 5-10mph.

Let me know when you're going back. I can fit in a 1 day event easier than a weekend like LBL.

What? Me suggest such a reckless thing? Mud puddles at 15-20mph? In 4HI? ....you were watching me! :D

Yea, if you remember before I went through that one mud hole at slade and I had it in 4low. You came up to my window and ask what I had it in, you told me it was best to have it in 4hi for something like that. :)

You took a different line and it just a road covered in water. Eddo and I thought it would be mud that we would get stuck in but we ended up taking the line that had all the mud. That was actually the only reason I had mud on my jeep.
:?
Ill probably go home next weekend. Its hard to tell when I will have test and will need to study, so we will just play it out. Hopefully we can get a good day of wheeling in the next month. Its about the same distance from dayton to this place as it was for you to slade. Mapquest says its right at 155miles to richmond(where Im at) and then its another 30 or so miles to livingston. Not a very bad trip at all since you just stay on 75 the entire time.
