Depends on which model you have, my sport came with 225/75/R16 Goodyears on 16x7 alloy's.

Did you look in your Owners Manual? Or the window sticker, ok you probably didn't keep that did you?

Someone with a Limited chime in here.

If it is a CRD they are all the same. The gassers had tire size differences not the CRD.

The sticker and build sheet would likely list them as 235/65R17 under exterior features (that is the gasser Limited) but under optional equipment it would list the CRD option and the 16" tires as 225/75R16.

I don't believe any CRD's got the 17" wheels. While shopping tires, noticed the optional 235/65/17 and 235/70/16 sizes are in lower weight rating classes than the factory spec 225/75/16 (extra load) and 245/70/16. Only speculation, but think this has something to do with the extra 400+ lbs of the CRD resting mostly on the front wheels.

The sticker on the inside of the driver's door jam should list the stock size.

Might be true but I am pretty sure the speedometer/odometer in the Liberty is electronic and the change require BCM programming.

all thge Limited CRD's came stock with 225/75/16's.

In fact when first looking at a CRD Limited online I wanted the 16" and was disappointed to see the limited "ONLY" came with 17", then figured out the CRD was being "downgraded" to 16"'s at the factory, God alone knows why they dis this, but I prefer to a/ have cheaper tire replacements, I drive ~50K a year for work so get new tires once a year and b/ Like more beef between the crap I run over and the tire rim to reduce the likelyhood of damage to the rim, I couldn't care less about the "look" or impressing shallow people with how big my rims are.
