I'm looking for a 1.5" taller spring than the OME with the Frankenlift. Any ideas where to locate such a beast. I'd like to retain the OME ride.

I believe the skyjacker springs are taller but Ive heard they sag. The rear shouldnt be a big problem though since they dont need to hold much weight unless you tow alot or anything.. The front would be the one to sag if it was going to.

Not to sure on that though. :?

I have the Skyjacker coils All-J used to use in their Frankenlift. I think I got one of the last original Frankenlifts with them. They aren't much taller than the OME rear springs, so don't expect and extra 1.5" from them. They might be at most .5" taller, but are prone to sag over time which is why All-J went to OME.

I believe Al said he is running lifted LJ springs in the back, i.e. wrangler unlimited springs. Not positive, but it's an idea. Plus I think Rock Krawler supposedly has a full length rear coil available in there new new X Factor 3.5" lift. Maybe the springs are available separately.

Mutt, dont you have the OME HD springs and 2 extra isolators per side? You are going to start getting some vibes I would say if you go much higher. :?

I have two 1/2" spacers per side now, for a total of an inch. I want another 1/2", for a total of 1.5", but to get rid of the spacers.

No vibrations. Hopefully, I'll have my adjustable upper link tomorrow.

Can Rock Krawler be trusted? I thought that any lift over 3" for the KJ made the C.V.s blow out quick?

Would that be rear UCA or A arm and who has those?

BTW Rock Krawler told me they will not sell any parts from their kits.

The rear of the KJ uses an A-arm.

I believe Mutt is talking about the adjustable tri link from the boys at Carolina Rock shop.

I know some call it either but mainly was just curious if Mutt was replacing the entire part or adding a link in between.

Yes, the new upper link is being fabbed by Carolina Rock Shop. Looks like it's going to be another two weeks, scheduling issues. The new upper link is going to be a complete replacement for the stock unit, adjustable, and incorporates Rubicon Express Superflex builder balls.

Sounds interesting, the lower adjustable arms that pivot from RK look good too but you gotta buy the whole kit to get them.

You must have connections or something cuz I couldn't find a rear "A" arm from Carolina Rock Shop or lowers from Rubicon Express on their web sites :(

I don't have connections. The Rubicon Express 3715 isn't specifically made for the Liberty, but it fits and works. Although, it has no swaybar provision.

Andy at Carolina Rock Shop is custom fabbing the upper boomerang replacement for me.

Thanks Mutt for the info,
Why a complete new arm and not just a spacer?

Well, I'm trying to get the wheels recentered in the wells. I've never understood what a "spacer" would accomplish. Mine will be longer than the stock unit, adjustable, and offer more articulation.
