I'm new to all this so this may be a dumb question

What is the better lift kit to go with?
Who as the better price?
How much does it lift your Jeep?

Thanks

You might also want to check out the Suspension page of the Jeep Liberty Wikibook for general information on the different lifts:

I personally like my Frankenlift, but Rusty's lift is supposed to be good if you're on a budget.
