My mom borrowed my KJ last weekend to take a trip to Payson. Since mentioned to me that on the way up and back there was some type of "sulfur" smell inside the cab. I didn't smell it at first after I got the KJ back, but then while I was driving to work yesterday I had a "sulfur" smell in the cab. It was only for about 5 or 10 seconds and it was kind of strong. I smelled it after I had been traveling at about 50mph for approximately 10 miles. Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary. Temp was normal, all of the fluids seemed to be at the correct levels. Anybody have any ideas?

It's probably is your cat converter. New rigs with new cats somtime start with a light sulphur smell for a while. A strong smell later on in your rigs life can mean improper fuel delivery or an cat/exhaust system that needs work.

I've read somewhere that the amount of sulfur allowed in gasoline (or was it diesel) can vary by state or location. If your mom filled up with a high sulfur gas unknowingly, that could explain it.

I get the same sulfur like smell when I rev or run my KJ hard, sort of like accel at high RPM and starts smelling like that, it comes from windshield defogger, sometimes I get fog there as well. It hasn't happened for a while (in summer) it happens mostly in the winter. Try turning on the heater and accel 0-60 as fast as you can.. it will smell like some lit flare in the cabin!

Maybe my bro, sis, & mom ate some pretty bad (or pretty good) burritos.

Well, I may just let the gas run it's course and see if that is the issue. I guess worse case scenario is I buy a new high flow cat.
