What do you do to stop this. It really sounds painfull. Weatherstripping along the glass? Thanks for your help.

Spray and wipe down all the weather stripping with silicone spray to stop squeeks. Then if the glass is still making noise it is probably loose. You have to pull off the plastic trim on the inside of the back gate (the big piece). Then you'll see the inner workings of the latch. Pretty simple actually...loosen two bolts move the latch to create a tighter fit and retighten. Put your trim back on. Done.
