With a lift would this package work? I know I would get the right rim size mainly concerned with the tires. Are they too big? Think I would occur rubbing? 31x12.50x16 Super Swamper Bogger mounted/16x8 Xtreme Alloys 1059

Those giant lugs on that size of tire would grab everything in sight on a KJ.

No! 10.5" center section max, otherwise, major rub. Libbies have small wheelwells.

I went with the TrXus M/T's in 265/75/16 on stock rims (16 X 7 w/ 5.5" B.S.). They should also work on 16 X 8 w/ 5" B.S.
They also come in 31/10.50/15 and would go good with a 15 X 8 w/4.5" B.S.

How do you like those Trxus tires? Seems like with the siping they'd do well as a daily driver tire.

The traction is unreal with the soft compound, and makes them really good street tires, not very noisy, and the siping is great in the snow, ice, and rain. With the soft compound though, I doubt I'll get any kind of great mileage out of them.

Harder compound = longer mileage, less traction.
Softer compound = less mileage, more traction.
