Hey, just to let you guys know, I was just over on jeepforum.com and it seems they are having a big run at Paragon on the 18th and 19th. The park may be crowded and the local hotels may be booked up if anyone was planning on spending the night.

What to bring:
Remember you will be outside in unpredictable weather, so you should wear and bring appropriate clothing. Sturdy shoes are always a plus when walking over rocks and through dirt, mud or snow.

There may be concessions in the parking lot depending upon the season you visit the park; however, you should always make sure you have plenty of water.

Bring your sense of adventure and your curiosity! There are many things to see including some wildlife. A camera is great for sharing your experience with your friends and family that may not be as adventurous as you are.

Basic SUV/4x4 Vehicle Requirements:
Seat belts and rollover protection for all occupants
Four Wheel Drive, low range is not mandatory
Hard mounted tow point front or rear
Recovery strap (no metal hooks on the ends)
Full size spare
Battery tie down
Orange safety flag
At least three vehicles in a group

To sum it up, bring what you'll need for a full day outdoors in mid-November.
You can get the orange flag at the park office.

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still out here! DeJa has there annual Jeeps for Joy benefit ride on Nov 18 at Rausch, and I'll be guiding blues. I'm not sure, but If I can somehow make it to Paragon on Sunday I'd really like to wheel with M.A. L.O.S.T. again.

Sorry for the thread hijack, but I thought this would be an opportunity to unload this and avoid shipping. I'll be at Paragon with another Jeep club the 19th. If anyone is interested, I have a brand new 4' FS-4 Black Adjustable Tip Firewire Antenna, 18' Fire-Flex coax with Fire-Ring, and an extra heavy duty stainless steel spring. New and delivered to Paragon on the 19th, all for low price of $30. Jason's installation services not included.
