any body modified their front sway bar and links to be a little more beneficial for on road, right now its kind of a prehistoric setup, and i can feel the car sway, then when it reaches a certain point, I magically have sway bars,

it annoys me, so i took it apart today, any suggestions how to put it back together with less play? The parts aren't too worn, its just the hole in the sway bar is huge and takes bit before the sway bar does anything important.

Get some poly bushings? Dont know if anyone makes them or not and they would probably squeak, but It would certainly tighten things up a bit. I have made my own poly bushings before on a lathe, so maybe you could get a machine shop to do it for you if they cant be bought.
