When cold (and/or wet), when first backing out of my driveway, my 1500-mile 07 Liberty brakes moan/creak. They do it when rolling backwards and NOT applying the brakes. When stopping (warm, cold, whenever), the brakes sometimes make a creak upon coming to a complete stop, both when stopping from moving forward or backwards.

Does the brake TSB pertain to 07s or not?

Any other 07 owners notice this (any other 07 owners even on here? lol)?

No, the TSB on the brake noise does not apply to the 2007 models as of today. This may change in the future and if you are experiencing this problem you should take it in for the dealer to evaluate it and address the issue.

Just turn the radio up louder and the moan goes away  ,well that's what i've been doing for almost 5 years, they even moan with the powerslot rotors and hawk pads. Then again every vehicle I've ever owned the brakes moaned when they where cold so it doesn't bother me anymore.

I have noticed the same thing on my 07 with 1300 miles, backing out of the driveway with no brakes applied. It happened 2 days in a row when we had a few cold days, below 40.
