That's in Laconia (not too far from you). The last time we were up there, there were a couple of gates that we creativley avoided  It seems that the local snowmobilers are under the impression that the trails belong to them only (year round too). From what I understand, it is a very politically charged atmosphere. Anyways, the trail leader for those runs now drives a BMW, so I'm not sure about access. I'm still in touch with him every now and then, so I'll see if I can find anything out. I'll send you a PM with some more details.

The trail can be done in about half a day (up and down) to a day. I've been up there a few times, and it looks completely different in the summer. Those small ponds that we got stuck in are just small dips in the road that are bone dry. Kind of a let down after seeing it in winter. The rest of the trail has it's challenges though. All three of the KJ's in that first run are lifted, and the 2 black ones were running 32's. The Grand was lifted as well. There was a lot of strapping that day too. I can honestly say that that run changed my life  (Of course my wife isn't too happy about it)

If you look at my entire gallery http://picasaweb.google.com/trcorcoran there are 6 runs. Whiteface, Fathers Day and the second half of Memorial Day all took place at Whiteface. Also, there was a run we did in Londonderry that, judging by a couple of pics that you posted in another thread, looks like you know where it is.
