I didn't have any problems with my recall. I dropped mine off for an oil change and when I picked it up they just said oh btw we went ahead and did the ball joint recall for you. I said thanks paid my 55 bucks or so for the oil change and voila

I did'nt wait either,I just put Moogs in myself, ran the bill thru the shop I work at and sent DC the paid cash copy of my bill.
I don't think I want another set of their ball joint problems.

Yea it's syn. and if I would have really had a chance to say something I would have had them put Moogs in. I have a great dealership that takes care of me. They want me to come back and be thier service advisor again.. No if you have the money get the moogs done.
