Found my new wheels!

What do you guy's think? I finnally found some nice looking black alloy rims that aren't more expensive than my tires so I won't be scared to beat the heck out of them.They are made by Victory and are called the Hauler,they are 16X8 with 5" BS.You can get NASCAR driver center caps to.

Where did you find these at? Dont look too bad and alloy so should be lighter than steel... I will try searching some more!

They look good, but the backspace worries me a bit. They got different BS's?

Isn't that the same backspacing as the MOAB rims...?

No, they are way cheaper than most black alloy rims.I need black rims or my KJ looks stupid so $127 isn't bad at all compared to $200 plus for others I've found.Sure there are cheaper rims out there but I don't like them or the don't come in the size I need.With all the discounts I can get they will only cost me about $107 each anyway.

If the wheels don't have to be alloy, the Crager Soft 8's are black steel and come in 16X8 w/5" B.S. and -12mm offset for around $50.00 ea.

I have those rims bolted on now but in 16X7.I'm looking to get back some MPG and the soft 8's are 27lbs apeice and those Haulers are about 12-14 apeice.Every little bit helps since I'm only getting about 12-14 MPG with my 5000lbs hog.I'm still going to keep the steelies with the MT/R's on them for the real nasty trail runs and run the alloy's with the same size MT/R's for daily use and the not so nasty trails.

My first choice has always been to replace the originals with MOABS painted a very dark grey but finding them for anything under 100 each or so is hard so these are now my next choice. I dont really want Soft 8s nothing against them but just not what I want on mine. These Victory Haulers look different and hopefully somewhat lighter, wonder how much they do weigh?

The 4:10 gears must have helped your mpg some, since winter hit I'm only getting about 10.5 mpg in town. I average 12.5 in the Summer. My hog weighs in on the scales at 4,860 lbs., and with my 185 lbs., pushes it to 5,045 lbs.

Wow, base curb weight is 3771 lbs. and GVWR is 5350. What are you carrying in there?

Well that base curb is with out skids(add 175lbs),without rock rails(add 70 lbs,home made),without 265/75R 16 MT/R's and steel rims(add 100lbs over stock rim/tire wieght),without rear hitch(add 40lbs),without toolbox with almost every tool needed to dismantle the KJ(add 250 lbs), without powertank,cordless impact,interior rack,and roof rack(add 200lbs),without speaker box(add 75lbs),and many more things the weight adds up fast.Had to weigh the KJ for move and it came up at 5080lbs w/full tank of gas.Add my 180lbs that's 5260lbs.
