The hockey puck experience can definately be an eye-opener. I have spun mine around like that twice on just rainwater in 2wd with the factory tires. Fortunately I managed to miss all the solid objects but threw the tires away after the last incident. Your safety is worth more than the $400 it costs to replace them.
