Now do I need to get cross bars first than these racks will sit on them
Or
Does the basket attach to the side rails on the roof?
Also can anyone recommend a good site for roof racks \ baskets that fit the 06 lib

Does anyone know if the surico rack will allow a yakima bike tray to clamp on to it? (What is the diameter of the bars?)

I have a yakima rack with 3 trays, but to make it work on my libby I have to spend $140 for new towers (reuse old bars, and trays)
