Which Lift to get?

We should make a sticky somewhere that lists all the Lift options and what people think of them / what they entail. I had to do a lot of searching and reading people's sigs to get an idea of what was available.

Most of it is already here. Folks just need to look outside the "general discussion" and "4X4" forums once in a while.
