For you guys running the ARB Bullbar with winch, what lift system are you using and what lift height are you getting up front?

I'm running what amounts to the Suburban 3.5" SuperRide kit, although I had the OME kit and the Suburban extra bits installed separately. I've got the MD springs and a Magnum 9K winch in the ARB bar (plus a load of other stuff) and I get about 3" of lift at both the front and rear.

One of the future upgrades I'm planning is to swap in the HD springs and replace the steel winch cable with X-Line. I'm sure the difference would be millimeters though.

OME 2 - 2 1/2 lift losing about 3/4" up front with the ARB and Warn 8000 running X-line. I could probably gain that 3/4" back if I switch to OME's heavy duty front springs.

That's a real nice Jeep Tuco. I'm sure people would be interested to know how you managed to fit an "old" shape ARB bumper to your '05 KJ. Was there much needed in the way of modifications, or did it bolt straight on?

Also, if you're running X-Line, you really should replace your roller fairlead with a solid one.

Thanks Ed, the older style ARB bolted right to the frame, no modification necessary. It appears the difference with the '05 fitment is the space between the fender flare and bumper on either side. The dealer that installed the ARB has a filler piece and the fog light trim on the way from Australia - down your way. ORO has an aluminum fairlead designed for the X-Line - it'll be here soon.
