...after March 16, on any products that I make. If I don't make it, then I can still take those orders, like Al's Arms, AllJ products, etc. I want to get all caught up with every single order, and take all of April off to get my jeep and Ted's jeep finished for LOST Moab. I have to get my axles built along with some routine maintenance, and I plan to debut some new KJ products this year, so I need so time to finish those as well. I just want to get our rigs finished and I haven't had a vacation in years, so I want to enjoy Moab without worrying about holding up someones order that was taken before Moab. So, cutting off orders will give me the chance to finish everything by the end of the month and allow me to get some personal work done for Moab. I will start taking orders again during and after LOST Moab Safari. I think a vacation and a fresh start right after will help keep things caught up, instead of constantly getting behind.
First batch of rear bumpers are done, still waiting on sandblast, already started reconfirming shipping info so I can just slap on shipping stickers when I pick them up early this coming week. If I haven't contacted you already, its because the last couple off days the whole family has been sick as dogs, and I'm sure no one wants to here me hacking and choking on the phone.
Last batch of 8.25 covers that were the 3/8" ring, I placed that order the first of February. I just got in 6 of the 8 covers this week, and they need to be sandblasted (slight surface rust) and they had the wrong hardware. So, I got new hardware today, and they will be getting sandblasted along with the rear bumpers. This is the reason I will not be selling those covers anymore.
Skink slider orders that I currently have, those are getting cut out and put together this week and next. Had to finish those first batch rears first.
Second batch of rear bumpers. Just picked those up early this week. All but three are sold already, so once those are gone, full retail price goes into effect on the third batch of rear bumpers.
Front bumpers, still not in production. Prototypes not quite ready to my specs, but should have atleast one (older model) production prototype finished and on a KJ that will be attending Moab, so those guys that preordered will atleast get to see the new design. I'll have the newer 05-07 prototype done as well, but I don't know if that KJ will be at Moab, so I'll just have to bring pictures. I wanted to have them in production already, but first runs seem to show new challenges, and I want to get all the bugs worked out before production.
If I haven't answered any emails or pms that you have sent, please send them again, because I have been spending more time in the shop instead of near the computer.
So, there's the update.
