Take the bumper off. Remove the tabs/screws that hold the airdam in place (the black thing). Put Bumper back on. Install Bullbar.

I just don't know.

You should be able to find the threaded clip nut (that funky adapter thingamajig) at any auto parts store, there should be a whole section for stuff like that. Just ask them to point you to the section for body clips, door handles etc. Don't forget to take the bolt you need it for so you can get the right one the first time. They should also have the fender washer, if they don't then Home Depot, Lowes or another home improvement store will.

OH MAN you seem to have had a hard time doing the bull bar. I did too when I did mine. I was the one who posted the 2 pictures of mine. I worked late today and did not see any post. I wish that i was home I would have walked you though every thing man.
Looks good and now all you need to do is add some lights to the bull bar. :!:

had one of those and replaced with one of these
http://cgi.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... :IT&ih=013
the new one was a big pain in the stupid
changed it the cycle clubs got eu here to ban on new 4x4,commericals,trucks with any type of bull bar from may 2007 this year onwards as they say you'll have 8% of survining a direct hit by 4x4 without a bull bar
as my liberity is 2002,wont be afected as any jeep,4x4 older than may 07 will be ok to have,so got a meaner looking bull bar
