I just noticed on Edmunds that the Offroad package contains these 2 items.

When I got mine I didn't realize these options existed, so I only got tow hooks and skid plates.

Are the "Power Steering Cooler" and "Heavy Duty Engine Cooling" important enough that I'll need to add them later?

Depends on how you will be using your Jeep. If you will be doing alot of towing or offroading, then it wouldnt be a bad idea.

I noticed if you get the offroad group on Edmunds which includes skid group, all-terrain tires, and the cooling components that it barely costs more than the price of the skid group and the all-terrain tires alone.

Only $49 more, so the cooling components must not be worth much.

Makes you wonder if they actually do anything.
