A little off road action with my Libby

I was going to post a video on youtube but its too long, I have to edit it so its shorter. Anyway heres a couple of pictures of me in my Liberty tearing it up off road, My friend bashed in his driver side door and I tore off the lower trim on the passenger side but I still made it look easy

it cost me about $30 in clips to put the trim back on good as new, and I'm going to order rockrails soon! any opinion on the MOPAR rockrails for light duty use? there only $275 from jparts and they dont charge for shipping.

Nice waterfall. [jealousy]looks like you had some fun out there. I'ma still waiting for the snow to go away so I can get dirty and have some (reasonably) safe fun. We're going camping next week and after setting up camp we're probally going to go explore the area some, hopefully we can find scenery half as beautiful as that waterfall you found.[/jealousy]

Just a little north of Alamogordo, Coyote Canyon, tons of trails a real playground.
if you don't know about Google earth get it, its free and its the most amazingly usefull software ever

the coords for the articulator are N33 08.657 W105 58.799
and the waterfall is at N33 06.059 W105 57.978
You can just simply cut and paste those coords into Google earth and see the area, have fun :wink:

Great pics! That is quite the nice articulation test spot, looks like your KJ was doing well.
From what I have seen, the Mopar rock rails do fairly well on small rocks, logs and dirt breakovers. They are limited though when you get into the bigger stuff where you are are sliding the length of the rails or pivoting on boulders, large logs, etc. They just won't support the full weight of the KJ w/out getting pretty torn up. They are probably ok for a lot of the wheeling most will do.

only cost me a couple of bucks more then the factory ones only these are indestructible, as soon as I get these on I'm gonna test them out and post some video of me going up that thing only no carnage this time, sweet!
