I have been looking at supersliders from Rocky Road for when I get my lift and I have a question or two. I have this plastic cover on my 2005 that I haven't seen on anyone elses. Can someone show a pic of their rockrails on a 2005. I am wondering how well they fit with the plastic. Or do I need to remove the plastic?

I haven't received my Step Sliders yet but I think there are alternate directions that clip or cut something. However. The plastic piece at the bottom stays put and the sliders fit right underneath.

Man I am not too sure about leaving the tupper ware on the KJ. I have seen an 05 with boulderbars on it and it did not have the tupper wear on the bottom and it looks like it would not fit with the bars on. I might be wrong, but it looks like it will be very close.

Here are my skinks on an '06. Should be the same as the '05...

You have to pop the rivets holding it on and use some sheet metal screws to screw it flat to the metal. Once you do that, they (the skinks at least) fit up against the plastic.
