Hi. Looking at an electrical mod that would use the auto-trans park-position as an input and I need to know the following:

- where can I tap this feed that'll be somewhat non-invasive? The rest of the mod is in the engine-bay.
- what is it triggered on (park only, park and neutral, etc)
- does it go logical high or logical low when the shifter is in park
- is it a digital (5v) or just a simple 12v variable chassis voltage switch?

Also, is there a better/easier way to trigger a automotive relay for when the vehicle is stopped (like right after startup and right before shutdown)?

Thanks in advance.
Dan
