My gas milage still sucks even after the new turbo. I'm between 17 & 21 mpg. I used to hit upwards of 26 on the highway.

Thats interesting because I am also kinda concerned about my gas mileage. The thing is though, after I got my lift and tires I got the new turbo and they reseted the evic, so it takes a while for the evic mileage to climb. I also cant really say how much the new turbo affects mileage since I got the lift and tires and didnt know what those items by themselves did to the mileage.

It climbs very slowly though, so we'll se where it stays in a couple of days. Right now its at 18.5 and the evic is usually 2-1.5 mpg too high. I will know by the beginning of next week.

edit: did the new turbo bring the mileage down?
