The other night when I tried to turn my foglights on there was about a 5 second delay before they lit up. After driving a short distance they went out. The dash lights stayed on and after playing with the on/off switch for the fogs they came back on. The headlights didn't seem to be affected. Anyone else experience this?

Have you checked the relays under the hood and/or the BCM (inside the driver's side door jam in the dash) for water? That sounds like a short to me. Could also be caused by a loose wire somwhere. Might want to take a peek under the bumper and make sure the connections to the fogs are tight and clean.

If it's a short it should blow a fuse, if only one light is out check that lights ground. If both are out, check multi function switch, fog light relay, and fuse. Hope tgat helps.
